You should articulate with the other Villages of your district, in the neighborhood or by your interest area. The Villages are self-contained and self-administrated. But if they are in a same place, they should articulate themselves to affiliate, to exchange experiences and to articulate common actions in association with other local organizations.

Another level of organization in a network is given by city, state (province), country or internationally. Search the consensus to reach a conclusion and to exercise the consultation. Every dialogue begins with our ability to hear the other, respecting each opinion and experience.
